This agreement is between Christopher Fisher Photography LLC (hereafter “PHOTOGRAPHER” “the PHOTOGRAPHER” or “PHOTOGRAPHY COMPANY”) and _________________________ (hereafter referred to as “CLIENT”).

This contract is for services and products related to a photography shoot (hereafter “shoot” or “the shoot”) to take place at the following time and place.

PHOTOGRAPHER and CLIENT are to arrive for the SHOOT at ____________(time) at _______________________________________(place).

The PHOTOGRAPHER agrees to provide the CLIENT with approximately ________ photo images in JPG format (herein referred to as “Photos”), which can be downloaded from the internet. The number of photos many vary depending on condition of the property or hindrances outside the control of the PHOTOGRAPHER that impede the allotted time while PHOTOGRAPHER is at the Property (see “Fees” section in this Agreement for additional information). Photos are to include the front and rear exterior views of the Property, as well as living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room. Photos will have basic editing applied, such as exposure correction, contrast, sharpening, and other similar, basic adjustments. Custom editing such as the removal of items, replacement of skies, etc. are not included by the terms of this contract but can be purchased for an additional cost.

CLIENT will have the opportunity to view low-resolution images (1000 pixels wide) with watermarks prior to their payment in full. Upon full payment, Client will be provided, within 24 hours, the ability to download all high resolution images (3000 pixels wide) for the Property, and within the number of photos agreed upon in this Agreement.
